Kirsten Simone Vandgsness is an American actor, playwright, and a police procedural drama TV series "Criminal Minds". The actress rose to prominence after appearing on the show as "Penelope Garcia" on the television program. Kirsten Vangsness is also a star of its spin-offs 'Criminal Minds Beyond Borders' and Suspect behavior. She's appeared in many other television shows. She is mostly a television actress but has had a few minor film roles since her showbiz debut in 1998.
